WWE Raw Results June 9th 2014
Tonights Raw comes with a great expectation in fans , if no then who is the 3rd Shield member,
And how about Daniel Bryan Injury Update
HHH and Stephanie come out to start the show.
HHH says it is a great night to be right and Stephanie says they get to make a blockbuster announcement.
They show a video of his doctor telling us that he will not be cleared to compete at Money in the Bank.
HHH and Stephanie officially strip Daniel Bryan of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
The fans are loud in their chants of No!
Apparently Daniel Bryan hasn't gotten back to them as they were trying to inform him.
Stephanie says there will be a series of qualifying of matches for the WWE WHC ladder match.
Stephanie says that ADR won the first one on Smackdown.
HHH announces Orton is in the match because well he is Randy Orton.
HHH and Stephanie go on to talk about how Bryan isn't championship material.
HHH then brings up the events of last week and we get a nice recap package of Rollins betraying the Shield.
"I don't know about you, but I believed in Seth Rollins"
HHH has a message for Reigns and Ambrose. Tonight they perish.
He announces they will be in a six man against the Wyatts. Their third partner isn't announced.
- MitB Qualifying Match: Bad News Barrett vs Sheamus
- Result: Sheamus wins by pinfall
Highlights:
Sheamus with the forearms in the ropes. He tries to follow up with a knee drop off the second rope but Barrett dodges and fires back with some punches and elbows.
Barrett with a kick and then whips Sheamus who comes back flying with a crossbody that sends them both to the outside as we head to break.
Barrett with a vertical suplex as we come back from break. Series of stomps and then an elbow drop off the second rope but Sheamus gets his knees up. Sheamus with a big kick, a running knee, but his follow up runs into a Barrett elbow.
Barrett tries to follow up but Sheamus follows up with an Irish curse backbreaker. Sheamus goes up top but Barrett charges in so Sheamus jumps over him. Barrett hits the Winds of Change for a two count.
Barrett goes for Wasteland but Sheamus elbows out, but misses with the Brogue Kick follow up. He then hits a huge power slam. Sheamus sends Barrett to the outside and tries to follow up with a battering ram off the apron but Barrett dodge and Sheamus hits the barricade hard.
Sheamus barely makes the count and Barrett hits Wasteland for a two count. Barrett wants the Bullhammer Elbow but Sheamus counters into a side slam. Sheamus on the apron with some punches and he goes for the battering ram but Barrett counters with a brutal headbutt.
Barrett goes on the assault now and is beating on Sheamus to the point the ref has to pull him off. As Barrett tries to charge back in he gets hit with the Brogue Kick for the win.
- Luke Harper starts off a video promo and then Wyatt comes in.
Wyatt starts talking on the Shield's fall and about how he was not broken by Cena, but rather reborn.
- Lana out now and she wants to compare the leaders of superpowers, Before she can talk much- she is drowned out by USA chants.She makes fun of the chants as she shows us the leaked footage of Obama's workout while calling Obama a girly man.Various pics of Putin rocking Judo gear and riding a horse shirtless. Her mocking of the USA chants was great.Putin would crush Obama according to Lana before bringing out Rusev.Rusev speaks some Russian before speaking English.He is draped in his award and waving the Russian flag.Ryder is out to be crushed.
Rusev w/ Lana vs Zack Ryder

Highlights:
Rusev with some early strikes. Ryder tries to fight back but gets hit with a big spinning heel kick.Rusev Crush! Accolade for the win and he doesn't let go until Lana commands.As he celebrates with Lana a giant Russian flag is unfurled over the ring.
- Rybaxel vs Golddust and R-Truth
Result: Rybaxel wins by pinfall
Highlights:
Ryback with some early strikes on truth before tagging in Axel. Axel with some stomps in the corner and then a dropkick before tagging back in Ryback.Double team suplex but Truth batters them both during thefollow up. Both men make a tag.Goldie goes to work on Axel with the atomic drop and drop down punch. Ryback tries to interfere but Goldie hits a top rope crossbody that takes them both out.
Axel with a sunset flip to Axel. Ryback interferes again so Truth tries to help but is quickly tossed.Goldie with a spinebuster to Ryback, but Axel uses that to get the roll up win.
- Layla in the back getting her make up done when Summer Rae comes up and pours milk all over her.
- 3MB is out now and Slater says that Shield was supposed to be out to talk but they didn't show up.
- Shield appears now and 3MB tries to take them out.
Shield just demolishes 3MB and Slater calls for the retreat and makes it up the ramp but Reigns stalks him and lays him out with a spear.Ambrose calms himself in the ring with Reigns and takes a hold of the mic.
He talks of their history as one of the most dominant groups in wrestling history until Evolution.They had a cancer- Seth Rollins.We all know someone like Rollins a backstabber and a kiss up.
Ambrose talks in detail about how he is going to re-arrange Rollins face. Very vivid detail.
Rollins is watching in the back in a suit.
Ambrose talks about how they are going to listen intently to what Rollins has to say for himself and then they are going to kick his ass.He slaps the mic out of his own hand then chuckles a bit as he picks it up to give it to Reigns.Reigns said that Rollins committed the ultimate crime.He says he will demolish Rollins and then turn his attention to Orton.After he is done with Orton, he is going to take out HHH in his own Game of Thrones.
That was awesome.
- The Usos vs Fandango and Damien Sandow w/ Layla
Result: Usos win by pinfall
Highlights:
Sandow is in a body suit and has a streamer as he dances ballet all around during their entrance.
Fandango with an early kick and a dance. Uso with a low kick and but Fandango flips over it and dances
some more but that gets him beat up.Tag to Sandow and the crowd cheers for him big. This is hilarious. He intersperses the dance with his strikes and offense but one that goes to long gets him superkicked. Fandango
tries to make the save but eats a super kick himself.Tag and the splash gets the win for the Usos.
- Bo Dallas vs Xavier Woods
Result: Dallas wins by pinfall
Highlights:
Bo says that he knows that Bryan is watching at home. He says that Bryan can recover better then ever and all he has to do is Bolieve! Bo and Woods with some chain wrestling as they trade holds back and forth. Bo tries for the arm drag but Woods hits a Firemen's Carry. Dallas fires back with some punches and slams before going to work with some elbows. Woods tries for a comeback but Bo snuffs it out with the running Bo-dog. Bo takes his post-victory lap before encouraging Woods and giving him a hug.
- Heyman in the ring and he discusses being the 1 in 21-1.
He then talks up his Lesnar and his Minnesota roots. He teases Lesnar by mentioning his client doing something special on Raw- a victory party. Instead it turns into Cesaro celebrating his win in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royale.
MitB Qualifying Match: Cesaro w/ Paul Heyman vs RVD
Result: Cesaro wins by pinfall
Highlights:
Cesaro with some early strikes and when RVD tries to jump over him but Cesaro catches him in a back breaker. Some stomps and uppercuts follow. RVD gets some momentum with a kick and then one off the top rope, but Cesaro rolls to the outside. RVD with a plancha as we head to break.
Back from break and Cesaro has a chinlock that leads to RVD punching his way out and hitting a spinning heel kick. Cesaro responds with a strong slam and then sends RVD to the outside.
Cesaro puts RVD into the barrier before tossing him back in the ring. Uppercut and a double stomp gets him a two count.
Another chinlock so RVD can rest. RVD elbows out and then dodges a Cesaro uppercut in the corner. Nails a kick and then a moonsault for a two count. RVD goes for Rolling Thunder but Cesaro pops up and nails him with Swiss Death for a two count.Strikes in the corner and then a Tiger Driver! Only gets a two count.
RVD with some more of his boring offense and then a Rolling Thunder. Running heel kick in the corner and and elbow but Cesaro charges back. He tries to go up top but Cesaro crotches him and then dbulldogs the leg to drive him into the post further.Neutralizer for the win.
Cole in the ring and he has an interview with Rollins. Rollins interupts him and gets booed roundly.
He doesn't understand the controversy. He doesn't see it as a big deal. He was doing what was best for his business.
He takes credit for the entiriety of the Shield. Doesn't he have the right to end his own creation.
He says Ambrose couldn't do that because he is a lunatic who left to his own devices would be in a ditch.
Reigns needed someone to harness his fury and anger. Cut to Reigns and Ambrose watching in the back.
Rollins says they are nothing without him. They owe their success to him. Cole asks about those who say the Shield was more than just one man.
Rollins said that the Shield had gone as far as it could. He had to evolve.
You Sold Out chants and he responds that he actually bought in.
To Reigns and Ambrose they may have been brothers, but to Rollins they were business partners.
Everyone better start believing in Seth Rollins.
Rollins then says he has said his piece so he tosses his chair and challenges them to come get him.
Shield make there way out and he readies himself but the lights go out with the Wyatts tease.
Lights come up and Harper and Rowan are in the ring. They start to beat down but they are able to send them out.
They swarm Rollins but Bray makes an appearance and turns the tables as Rollins bails.
Cena comes out though to even the odds and he will be the sixth man. Shield and Cena clear the ring.
- Paige vs Alicia Fox w/ Aksana
Highlights:
Early brawling leads to the outside. As they try to make it back in Fox takes out Paige with an impressive kick. Fox with a sleeper . Paige escapes and they start exchanging blows. Fox with some back breakers and when she tries to toss Paige to the outside, Paige counters it with a hurricarana that sends Fox to the outside. As Fox climbs back in Paige just mauls her and then lets out a viscious scream. Paige with some stomps and head slams before letting out another scream. Paige goes up top but Fox with a gut punch mid air. Fox tries for the follow up but Paige counters and locks in the Scorpion Crosslock for the win.
After the match, Aksana tries to help up Fox but Fox turns on her and just beats the ever living hell out of her. She takes some water and popcorn from some fans and proceeds to dump them all over Aksana, while also eating some popcorn herself. She then goes back to beating on Aksana.
She then force feeds Aksana some popcorn before giving her a big hug and kiss. She then goes right back to force feeding her the popcorns. She extends her hand while saying sorry but Aksana doesn't take it, which sets her off again.
- Jack Swagger w/ Zeb Colter vs Santino
Result: Swagger wins by pinfall
Highlights:
No Emma with Santino. That's a good sign.Santino gets the early advantage and sends him to the outside. Swagger is going crazy on the outside and Colter starts slapping him. Swagger gets in there and dispatches of Santino in no time.
- Goldust in the back with Cody and he says that he has a new tag partner that Goldie hasn't seen yet. A major star who will shine as bright as Goldie.
- Steph and HHH talking in the back.Vickie comes in with champagne to celebrate the Authority's successes but sneezes and spills it on Stephanie. Stephanie slaps it away and threatens to fire Vickie.....again.
- Shield and John Cena vs the Wyatt Family
Result: Shield and John Cena win by pinfall(A big Blow to Seth rollins and Triple H)
Highlights:
Long staredown leads to a brawl that leads to Ambrose and Rowan starting things off.
Ambrose with some punches and then a flying crossbody. Senton in the corner before knocking Harper off the apron and then hitting a splash to Harper. Ambrose with a dropkick to Rowan and then a tag to Reigns.
Reigns beats on Rowan a bit and then Harper makes the tag. Reigns with a series of strikes and drives Harper into the corner. Ambrose tag and Reigns launches him into a spear on Harper.
Ambrose with some strikes and then a leg drag that leads to a single leg Boston Crab. Harper escapes and drives Ambrose into the corner. Some strikes and then a tag to Rowan. They tumble to the outside and Rowan tosses Ambrose into the barrier. Ambrose counters another whip and tosses Rowan into the steel steps.
They make it back to the ring and Wyatt tags in, gets some offense, then tags in Harper. Harper takes it to Ambrose who tries to fight out and make the tag but is quickly planted into the ground as we head to break.
Back from break and Ambrose is taking it to Wyatt. He goes up top, but Wyatt catches him mid air with a big slam. Reigns breaks the cover attempt. Wyatt with the tag to Harper.
Harper with some uppercuts but the third one cause Ambrose to hit the springboard clothesline. Ambrose with the hot tag to Cena as Harper tags in Rowan.
Shoulder blocks and some punches. Harper tries to interfere so Cena sens him over the top rope. Wyatt distracts Cena which lets Rowan lay him out with a viscious clothesline. Rowan with some stomps in the corner and grinds him with his boot.
Harper tags in and takes it to Cena. Series of strikes and then an Argentine neckbreaker. Powerbomb by Harper. The Wyatts with quick tags now as they keep up fast and furious offense on Cena.
Cena is out on his feet and Wyatt dances with him before hitting a slam for a two count. Cena is able to break free and makes the tag to Reigns.
Reigns going ham against Harper when Rowan tries to get involved. Ambrose makes the save and now Wyatt is involved as it turns into chaos that leads to Reigns hitting the apron dropkick.
Cena comes flying in off the top rope and Wyatt nails a Sister Abigail on him. Reigns nails Wyatt with a Superman Punch. Ambrose with a suicide dive to Rowan. Reigns turns around into a super kick from Harper that gets a two count.
Cena takes it to Harper, but Harper quickly sheds Cena although he turns around right into a Reigns spear that gets the pinfall.
HHH and Rollins look on from the back as the faces celebrate in the ring..
