The News of Randy Orton's absence on social websites have been so hot. Well the reason could be something worth of it, why couldnt WWE able to produce Randy Orton  @Monday Night Raw this past Week June 09 2014.
Rumours could be many but the real reason was :-

Real Reason is Randy orton is suffering from a minor collarbone Injury, that he suffered during his match with Big Show On June 3rd Smackdown tappings, and this injury isn't so serious to be seen under a microscope, although he made his appearance @ other Main Events, and Live Events and is advertised for this coming Monday Night Raw.
